The Aviation Section of the State Bar of Texas exists to study recent developments of law, legislation and regulations in the field of aviation law, and keep the members of the Bar informed of significant developments in this field. The section maintains connections with agencies of local, state and federal governments concerned with aviation law; studies and considers matters of legislation, regulations or problems of aviation law as developed by the committee or assigned to it by the Chair or the Board of Governors; and assists in developing continuing legal education courses for persons interested in aviation law.
